Steel Work Solutions completed the fabrication and installation of a custom galvanized steel exterior stairwell walkout enclosure for a residential apartment building in Toronto, Ontario. Designed to enhance security while maintaining ventilation and visibility, the enclosure features a durable steel frame, expanded metal mesh panels, a lockable access gate, and a fully enclosed roof system.

The enclosure was installed over an existing exterior stairwell to help restrict unauthorized access to the lower-level area while providing long-term protection against weather exposure and vandalism. All components were hot-dip galvanized to ensure durability and corrosion resistance in Toronto’s varying climate conditions.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver custom steel security enclosures for apartment buildings, condominiums, commercial properties, and institutional facilities throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
